the time you first contact ARC, any
and all information that identifies
who you are is protected by a set
of Federal Laws, 42 CFR Part 2 Confidentiality
of alcohol and drug abuse patient
records. These laws as well as the
Health Insurance Portability and
Accountability Privacy Act (HIPAA)of
2003, are cornerstones of providing
quality services for those struggling
with problems related to substance
abuse. We will be happy to take all
the time you require to assure you
fully understand your rights to privacy.
