For more information about breast cancer, Mid Coast Hospital's Breast Health Center can answer many of your questions and concerns. Co-coordinator Kim Lynch can be reached at 373-6546.
Mid Coast Hospital also co-sponsors the American Cancer Society's Cancer Resource Center at the Mid Coast Cancer Care Center at 81 Medical Center Drive . It is co-located with the Maine Center for Cancer Medicine in Suite 1300 .
Here you'll find a variety of information about all issues related to cancer—including what to expect during specific treatments. Trained volunteers staff the center Monday-Friday, 9 a.m.-3 p.m. For more information, call the Center at 373-6433.

This group, for men with prostate cancer, meets the third Tuesday of every month from 6:30–8:30 p.m. at Mid Coast Hospital's Medical Office Building . Contact Terry Kungel of the Maine Coalition to Fight Prostate Cancer at (617) 449-8522.
This group is offered for women with any type of cancer. Friends, family, and supporters are welcome. The group meets on the second Tuesday of each month from 3:00–4:30 p.m. at Mid Coast Hospital in the Morrell Board Room. Contact the Breast Health Center at 373-6540.
