Cardiac
Rehabilitation is a program using exercise, education, and
support to assist in the cardiovascular system's healing process.
For most people, this is needed after a cardiac problem such
as heart attack, angioplasty, or open heart surgery.
The
program consists of nine classes. Classes are held on Monday,
Wednesday and Friday, and generally last for one hour.
