Information Overload: Birthing without Fear One Day Class is offered as an intensive one day Saturday class from 8:00am - 1:00pm. Content focuses on the anatomy of the developing pregnancy, breathing and coping techniques, the phases of labor, medical interventions, cesarean delivery and a tour of the Maternity unit.
The classes are held in the Waiting Room of the Mid Coast Medical Group, Women's Health in the Medical Office Building Suite 2700. Boxed lunches provided for mom and coach for the classes. Fees: $65.00.
