Our team is committed to your care and works closely with your primary care physician. This is why our services are only offered through a referral from your primary care physician.

Our referral process is structured to provide consistent and clear communication between our team and your primary care physician. If you would like to see one of our providers, please contact your primary care physician to begin the referral process.

Scheduling

The Center for Diabetes and Endocrinology is open Monday – Friday, 8:00 am – 4:30 pm.
To schedule an appointment, please have your physician call (207) 406-7290.
The referral may be faxed to (207) 406-7291.
