Directions to 1356A Washington Street in Bath, Maine

NOTE: The portion of interstate I-95 that approaches Brunswick was renamed to I-295 in January 2004. Many road maps will still show it as I-95. Exit 22 has been renumbered as Exit 28. Exit 29 has been renumbered 31.

Coming from the South (Freeport, Yarmouth, Portland):

• Take Exit 28 (Brunswick) off I-295 North (formerly I-95 Exit 22). This will put you on Pleasant Street/Rte 1.
• At third traffic light turn left, staying on Route 1.
• Take the Washington St./Downtown Bath exit.
• At the traffic light, turn left onto Washington Street.
• Follow Washington Street 1.4 miles to #1356 on the left.

Coming from Brunswick:

• Follow Route 1 north.
• Take the Washington St/Downtown Bath exit.
• At the traffic light, turn left onto Washington Street.
• Follow Washington Street 1.4 miles to #1356 on the left.

Coming from the Northeast (Woolwich, Wiscasset, Damariscotta):

• Follow U.S. Route 1 across the Sagadahoc Bridge to the Front Street, Bath exit.
• Turn right onto Front Street.
• Follow Front Street for 0.9 miles.
• Take slight right onto Bowery Street.
• Follow Bowery Street for 0.2 miles.
• Take slight right onto Washington Street.
• Follow for 0.3 miles to #1356 on the left.

Coming from the North and West (Bowdoin, Bowdoinham, Lisbon Falls, Topsham):

• Take I-295 south to exit 31 Topsham, Rte 196.
• Follow Rte. 196 to the Coastal Connector. Stay in the left lane to Bath, U.S. Route 1.
• Follow Rte. 1 for 7.2 miles.
• Take the Washington St./Downtown Bath exit.
• At the traffic light, turn left onto Washington Street.
• Follow Washington Street 1.4 miles to #1356 on the left.
