Don't have a primary care physician? Give us a call. You can begin your care with one of our doctors—often making appointments within 24 hours or less for new patients. And we are conveniently located downtown at Brunswick Station.
As a Patient-Centered Medical Home, our Primary Care office specializes in helping patients be healthy and well. The practice offers adult primary care, preventative care, chronic disease management, medication management, and specialty referrals. Medicare, MaineCare, and most other insurances are accepted.
A Patient-Centered Medical Home is a way of organizing a primary care practice with an emphasis on care coordination and communication that encourages patients to actively participate in their own care.
Medical homes can lead to higher quality and lower costs, and can improve patients' and providers' experience of care, ultimately contributing to better health for the patient.
