My life as a physician in Connecticut for 40 years certainly oriented me as to the functioning of an entire staff including volunteers in a hospital. The efforts here are overwhelmingly 100%!

I enjoy meeting people and hearing from them about the wonderful facility and that the staff are so friendly and helpful. A woman patient climbed on my trolley and was crying when she told me she had just come from oncology. I said, "I am a cancer survivor" and told her to hang on and keep the faith. She thanked me with a smile.

Health problems will always be with us and we will always need a hospital, especially one that keeps up to date with the newest technology, equipment, and a flow of new MD talent. We are lucky to have Mid Coast Hospital to meet our needs.
