Mid Coast Medical Group Launches Patient Portal
Patients now have online access to personal records, information

Patients of Mid Coast Medical Group (MCMG) now have access to a convenient web-based option for communicating with their provider team. My Patient Portal launched in March, providing secure online access to health information and provider communication across the MCMG system.
A department of Mid Coast Hospital, Mid Coast Medical Group is comprised of primary care and specialist physicians in over 30 clinical areas. They are located in Bath, Topsham, and Brunswick.
Once the patient enrolls, he or she will have access to portions of their medical records, test results, and information about their health; will be able to easily and quickly request refills, appointments, and referrals; and will have an additional way of corresponding with their healthcare team from the privacy of their home or office.
The Mid Coast Medical Group Patient Portal is accessible to patients after completing an enrollment process designed to protect the patient’s privacy and security. Existing patients should contact their provider’s office first, and can then sign up at: https://secure.midcoasthealth.com
