Through This Program
Participants Will:
-
Design successful
strategies to ensure sustained success
and maintenance of a healthy weight and
lifestyle.
- Develop a healthy
body and self image.
- Gain instruction
in meal and exercise planning.
- Identify personal
barriers or sabotaging behaviors.
- Learn to identify
unhealthy lifestyle patterns with food.
- Learn to tell
the difference between emotional and
physical hunger.
- Set
realistic weight and lifestyle goals.
