Monday – Friday 6:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
Appointments
For physical
therapy and occupational therapy
the average appointment is 45 minutes. For
speech therapy and audiology it is 60 minutes.
Please come 15 minutes early to complete registration
paperwork.
We will mail you the patient intake
form in advance of your first appointment. Please be
sure to complete it
for the first
visit.
We ask that you call in
advance to cancel any appointments. (207) 373-6175. Contact your insurance carrier to verify your benefits
