It's Never too Late to Quit
“It’s Never too Late to Quit” will be held Thursday, February 20, from 11 a.m. to noon at the Mid Coast Senior Health Center, 58 Baribeau Drive in Brunswick.


As part of the ongoing Ounce of Prevention series, Mid Coast Senior Health Center will host a presentation by Linda Christie, Prevention Specialist at Access Health and Stacey Schmidt, RRT, AE-C, Certified Asthma Educator and Tobacco Educator with Mid Coast Hospital’s Community Health Improvement Program. “It’s Never too Late to Quit” will be held Thursday, February 20, from 11 a.m. to noon at the Mid Coast Senior Health Center, 58 Baribeau Drive in Brunswick.

The presentation will help participants understand the risks of smoking and the benefits of quitting even later in life. This program will focus on strategies, tools, and resources to help participants quit smoking and improve their life. The presenters will also offer tips to support others trying to quit.

The Ounce of Prevention is a monthly series providing education about health and healthcare issues sponsored by Mid Coast Senior Health Center.
