  • Takes place at the Mid Coast Center for Community Health & Wellness at 329 Maine Street–South Entrance, Brunswick
  • Include mindfulness-based exercises, meditation, and movement (ie., stretches, gentle yoga)
  • Incorporates discussion of the principles of mindfulness and its relevance to stress in our lives
