Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction for Teens
Teaches skills and strategies that encourage positive self-care for teens, including improved coping skills, decreased stress, improved overall mental and physical health, and an increased sense of self control.

  • 7-week course of 1 ½-hour weekly group classes running on Mondays from 6-7:30 p.m.
  • Session is for students in grades 10-12
