Running Start Adult Exercise Sessions
Price: $36/month (2 sessions weekly), or $45/month (3 sessions weekly)

Coed fitness program for all adult age groups. The program incorporates proper warm-up techniques, stretching, calisthenics, and aerobic exercises tailored to your individual needs.

Note: Starting Friday, May 17, 2019, the 8 a.m. class at Bowdoin College will meet outside on the football/track field. Parking is available on the east end of the field off Pine Street. The rain location is inside the Watson ice arena located next to the Farley Field House.
