Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) is an educational program designed to help people better cope with stress and life's challenges. 


Orientation will provide you with an opportunity to learn more about the program, meet the teachers, tell us more about yourself and your interest in the course, and ask any questions you may have. Orientation will take place Monday, September 13, 2021, and the next session will begin September 27, 2021.


Each MBSR class includes a required weekend retreat.

Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction - Mondays
  • 8-week course of 2 ½-hour weekly group classes running on Mondays from 5:30–8 p.m.
  • Takes place at the Mid Coast Center for Community Health & Wellness at 329 Maine Street–South Entrance, Brunswick
  • Fee: $285
  • Required orientation and weekend retreat
