Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) is an educational program designed to help people better cope with stress and life's challenges. Note that the autumn 2020 session will be MBSR - Adapted for Online.


Orientation will provide you with an opportunity to learn more about the program, meet the teachers, tell us more about yourself and your interest in the course, and ask any questions you may have. Orientation will take place Monday, September 14, 2020, and the next session will begin September 28, 2020.


Each MBSR class includes a required weekend retreat.

  • 8-week course of 1 ½-hour weekly group classes running on Mondays from 6:30–8 p.m.
