Our Team at the Addiction Resource Center

Dr. Leah Bauer leads a team of three physicians within the Addiction Resource Center. Her leadership covers services such as psychiatry, medication assisted treatment for alcoholism, opioid dependency, and medication management for patients with a combination of addiction and mental health struggles.

 

Tom provides leadership for all aspects of Mid Coast Hospital’s wide-ranging Behavioral Health Division and oversees outpatient behavioral health services, including the Addiction Resource Center. As a trained child and family therapist, Tom has extensive experience providing counseling, crisis intervention and mental health services to children and families. He has been a licensed clinical professional counselor (LCPC) since 1996 and a certified clinical supervisor (CCS) since 2005.

 

In addition to providing leadership to ARC, Christine oversees all outpatient programming, including Psychiatric Partial Hospital Program and Senior Mental Health Services. Christine’s background is providing therapy, substance use disorder counseling, and crisis intervention to individuals with serious and persistent mental illnesses.
