Auxiliary donations to Mid Coast Hospital have truly been outstanding thanks to the support of local residents.
For example, proceeds from the Auxiliary Gift Shop and donations of books or items for the yard sale add up to significant amounts which help fund large capital projects.

Parking Lot
To address the need for more parking at the hospital campus, the Mid Coast Hospital Auxiliary raised funds to assist with the construction and blasting costs for the parking lot on the hill. The Auxiliary was very pleased to be able to give Mid Coast Hospital $100,000 for the parking lot.
CT Scanner
When the hospital needed a new CT scanner, the Auxiliary rose to the occasion and donated $150,000 to help procure such a vital piece of equipment.
