As a not-for-profit organization, Mid Coast Hospital relies on the support of our volunteers, donors and community to ensure we are able to deliver compassionate, high-quality, accessible medical services to everyone in our community.

We are delighted to announce that this year's Annual Giving Fund Campaign will be co-chaired by Lloyd Van Lunen, MD and his wife Margaret Wilson. As a retired family physician who practiced in this community for over three decades, and as volunteers who have led many find local non-profit organizations, Lloyd and Margaret share a deep understanding of the needs of our community. When out running errands, hiking, boating or helping with one of their many volunteer projects they often hear from former patients, friends, neighbors and colleagues about the first-rate care they received at Mid Coast Hospital. The thread that binds these stories from grateful patients is the professional, warm manner in which the hospital’s care team provided outstanding care and the confidence they instilled in each patient.
