Mid Coast Medical Group–Pediatrics specializes in helping young people stay healthy and well. We offer child and adolescent primary care, preventative care, chronic disease management, medication management and specialty care referrals, when needed. Our office hours are Monday - Friday 7:30 am - 4 pm. Services include:
- Pediatric well child visits and annual check-ups
- Developmental screenings

- Newborn weight checks and support
- Management of acute and chronic childhood illnesses
- Referrals to pediatric specialists
- Medication management
- Patient-centered care
- Integrated behavioral health counseling
- 24-hour health care provider access
We welcome MaineCare patients and can often provide same-day appointments.
What is a well-child visit?
Well-child visits and childhood vaccinations are essential to child health. Children who are not protected by vaccines are more likely to get diseases like measles and whooping cough. These diseases are extremely contagious and can be very serious, especially for babies and young children.
