Healthy at Home
During this challenging time, Mid Coast Hospital remains committed to the health and wellness of all community members. The resources included on this page will help you and your family stay healthy at home.
Healthy Cooking Videos
It is important to eat fresh produce in order to maintain a healthy, balanced diet. While shopping at the store, wipe down cart handles. Wash purchased produce thoroughly using a scrub brush and a small amount of soap, being gentle on softer produce. Soap is an effective, safe way to remove coronavirus from surfaces including fresh vegetables and fruits.
