Lifestyle Medicine is the use of evidence-based practices to help people adopt and sustain healthy behaviors and habits. It uses nutrition, exercise, and other healthy behaviors to prevent, treat and sometimes even reverse disease.
We know that our lifestyle habits are among the most important things that determine our health. Exchanging unhealthy behaviors and habits for truly healthy ones is foundational to helping us achieve health and vitality.
Food for Health
Food for Health provides cooking demonstrations and education showing how chronic diseases can be prevented, treated, and even reversed with a plant-based diet for an over-all healthier lifestyle.
Beginning winter 2021, Food for Health will return in an exciting new virtual format. We will share topics and recordings on this page.
